Kathy Gysels from Belgium, was total proof that it is beauty from within that is of paramount importance when it comes to the judginge and that height is not the all important criteria any more. Kathy personality shone through all week. She was delightful and very charming and well deserving of the title

This was Kathy's first time entering Miss European and she was totally overwelmed when her name was called out, it seemed as she felt that she was the underdog being only 5'3"  and at the start of the week she was really lacking in confidence, but what a week she has and she just blossomed. She even went as far as trying on Amy's crown to see how it fitted, which is fast becoming a tradition amonst the winning girls.

Amy is a Carer for Adults with learning difficulties, A job that she finds both forefilling and rewarding,

Amy is the 2nd English Girl to win the coveted title, she  also won the title of Miss Congenialty which was bestowed upon her by all the other contestants, who found Amy to be very friendily to everyone she met and always had a joke & a smile for all. To win both titles is something that has noy been achieved before in the history of the contest.

Amy even got a feel for the crown when she asked to try on last years winner Sasha's Crown on "Just In Case" But a clear favourite it was just a matter of time until the crown was on Amy's head for real

Sasha, is the first English Girl ever to win the title of Miss Euroregion & Miss European.

She also won the title of Best Dancer in Ypres Belgium & captained the winning team in the dance contest of Miss European, making it 3 wins at the contest a feat never achieved before or matched since.   Sasha, showed that you do not only have to be beautiful, but that it is the true beauty from within that is of paramount important, qualities that the judges felt she had in abudence.  From the moment she walked out on day one, you could tell she was the next Miss European

Sasha is just finishing her dipolma at Dance college in London where she is about to embark on a career as a professional dancer  working within the music industry.

Miss Wales Finalist & Miss Wales Earth

Charm and elegance are the qualities  that Laura brought to the competition, this was Wales first year in the competition and what a way to start with walking away with the title and becoming the  first British winner since the competition started.

The Dragons were flying high that evening the support for Laura was unmatched and highly deserved       

Laura has just completed her studies and is moving down to London, as she would like to launch her modelling career and do more pageants, Iam sure she will have great success if her European title is anything to go by
